Welcome to the official MagicRealms webstore!
This is the place to enhance your gameplay and support the community. Our mission is to provide a high-quality, lag-free experience for all players, and every purchase made here goes directly back into the server - covering hosting costs, custom development, and new content updates.
To ensure a smooth experience, please keep the following policies in mind before completing your purchase:
Processing Time: Most purchases are delivered in-game instantly. However, please allow up to 20 minutes for the system to process your payment and register your items or ranks.
In-Game Status: Make sure you are logged into the server when you make a purchase to ensure the delivery goes through correctly.
No Refund Policy: All payments are final. As these are digital goods, we have a strict no-refund policy. Opening a dispute or chargeback will result in an automatic and permanent ban from our server and store.
If you haven't received your items after 20 minutes, or if you ran into an issue at checkout, please reach out to our staff team on our Discord, Click Here! We are happy to help you get sorted!
Thank you for supporting MagicRealms!
